Directory Listing Agreement – Terms & Conditions

1. YourEventConnection.com is a FREE advertising directory for businesses located in Vancouver, BC’s Lower Mainland.

2. YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any directory listing not meeting its company guidelines.

3. Any changes to directory listings, including address and contact information, must be submitted in writing and will be the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

4. YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd. reserves the right to proof and edit all business text write-ups as may be required. Thereinafter, the advertiser accepts complete responsibility for the content in its directory listing. YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd. does not endorse or guarantee the information contained in business listings.

5. This agreement is null and void and can no longer be enforced if YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd. determines that the advertiser has in any way misrepresented itself and the subsequent directory listing.

6. The advertiser accepts one hundred percent legal liability and responsibility for any actions/claims arising as a result of information and content (real and implied) that may be a part of any directory listing purchased from YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd.

7. The advertiser agrees to indemnify YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd. and to hold YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd. harmless from any legal action, losses, damages or claims of any sort, including any legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd. to respond and /or defend any legal actions brought against it in connection with the advertiser.

8. The advertiser agrees not to violate any laws or regulations that may be applicable in British Columbia and subsequent city or municipality where the advertiser carries on its business and is subject to.

9. YourEventConnection.com reserves the right to change its “Terms and Conditions” in subsequent contracts but advises all clients that they are under no obligation to continue service upon subsequent change.

The above stipulations will constitute the agreement between the advertiser and YourEventConnection.com Online Ltd.
